This policy applies to authors who participate in the AuthPlat Founding Author Program via our website (https://authplat.com). AuthPlat operates as a publishing partner — no upfront fees are charged. Authors retain copyright and intellectual property rights to their work.
Authors receive 70% of net royalties from book sales across all distribution channels. AuthPlat retains 30%. Net royalties are calculated after platform fees, distribution costs, and applicable taxes. Disbursements are made on a schedule agreed at the time of partnership onboarding.
AuthPlat earns only when the book earns. There are no upfront charges, subscription fees, or setup costs to authors.
If you believe a royalty calculation is incorrect or a payment was not received, contact AuthPlat at info@authplat.com, referencing your author account and the relevant sales period.
We will review disputes on a case-by-case basis within 10 business days and may require verification of account details and transaction records.
Either party may terminate the publishing partnership with written notice. Upon termination, AuthPlat will cease distribution and return publishing rights to the author. Royalties accrued prior to termination will be paid out on the standard disbursement schedule.
AuthPlat reserves the right to terminate a partnership if an author is found to have misrepresented their credentials, content ownership, or violated the terms of the partnership agreement.
AuthPlat may revise this Partnership Policy at any time by posting a new version on the website. The version in force at the time of your partnership onboarding governs your rights. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
